ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not processed over the weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days over the holidays.
​
You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped and if there are any unexpected issues with your order.

We aim for you to receive your order within
1 business day after processing.​
We exclusively use Royal Mail's Special Delivery by 1pm service
to make sure all order arrive swiftly, are tracked and insured.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow time after this for processing.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped after 1-2 business days of placing your order. The shipping notification email will contain your tracking information. Please allow for up to 24hrs for it to become active.

Small Items - £5
Medium Items - £7.50
Large Items - £10

You will only be charged postage for one item per category.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase!
But, if for any reason you are not happy with your items you have up to 14 days to return them in their original packaging, unused for a refund or an exchange.

The purchaser will be responsible for covering all return postal charges, unless your item arrives damaged.

If this happens please email us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a description of the damage so we can resolve it as quick as we can with a satisfactory solution.
